What we monitor

Because access to the Investment Centre is by individual, authenticated login, we record certain information about how you use the site so Resort Experts can understand investor interest and follow up appropriately. This includes: login times, pages and sections viewed, active time spent on each section, interactions such as opening detail panels or clicking links, video playback progress, data-room document opens and downloads, your browser, operating system and device type, and an approximate (city/region/country level) location derived from your IP address.

What we do not do

We do not log your keystrokes, access your camera or microphone, request precise GPS location, or track you across other websites. We do not use hidden session-replay or mouse-coordinate recording.

Why we collect this

This information helps the Resort Experts team understand which parts of the investment case an individual investor found most relevant, so follow-up conversations can be better targeted. It also supports account security and record-keeping during the fundraising process.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the fundraising process, plus a limited period for security and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention schedule.
